‍Eyewear Repair and Renovation Services  
Microrep Sàrl offers repair and refurbishment services for eyewear, jewelry, dental devices and medical instruments as a whole, subject to the terms and conditions defined below.  

‍Customer's responsibilities  
The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information to enable effective repair or refurbishment. Microrep Sàrl is not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.   Rates and payment  Rates for our services are shown on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms indicated at the time of ordering.  

‍Repair times  
Microrep Sàrl endeavors to meet the repair times communicated, but cannot guarantee absolute times due to unforeseen circumstances.

‍Data protection
Your data will only be used for statistical purposes and will not be shared with any third parties.  

‍Guarantees
No warranty is given for a service on a bezel, or any other component, that is not new and is a repair or renovation.  

‍Returns
Returns are accepted only if the result does not correspond to the order, but not if a defect is found that does not correspond to the order.  

‍Orders
A service is paid before ordering and corresponds to the order. A product not ordered will not be processed.  

‍Rights and Intellectual Property

‍All content on this site, including text, images and logos, is the property of Microrep Sàrl and is protected by intellectual property laws.   Applicable law and place of jurisdiction Swiss law applies to all disputes.  

‍Limitation of liability  
Microrep Sàrl is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.  

‍Modification of Terms and Conditions
Microrep Sàrl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on our site.
